Found. One green nylon collar, picked up on the morning of 19 September from the shrubs at the East Gate of Chaoyang Park. The collar's tag has been worn smooth; the writing cannot be made out.

This newspaper notes: a tag worn smooth usually means the collar has been worn for more than two years. Two years of daily friction have ground the owner's name and telephone number into a blank piece of metal — the most common form of lost property in this city.

The owner is asked to come and claim it with a photograph of a similar collar. This newspaper does not accept verbal descriptions, because 「green」 is the great majority in this city.
